Location: IT Park - Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Work Arrangement: Full-Time Onsite

ABOUT YOU:

Graduate of Accountancy or any similar

PH CPA or eligible preferred

4 years or more of experience in property accounting

Experience with some variation of a real estate accounting software required (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Appfolio, or any similar)

GAAP and leasing accounting

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
